REFUND POLICY:

Once a registration fee is paid for an event, no cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever. If an event is canceled due to weather or any other reason beyond the control of Prospect Select Baseball, a credit for the original paid amount can be applied.  Prospect Select will hold credit to a future event if notice of the team cancellation is given at least 3 weeks prior.  This credit will only be valid and applicable towards another Prospect Select Baseball event within 12 months of the original event.

If teams voluntarily leave before the tournament ends, no refunds or credits will be awarded for not completing the scheduled game guarantee agreement.

Prospect Select Invites will require an approval process for team registration.  These events will be limited in the number of participating teams to keep all games at the same highly competitive level throughout the tournament.  Only the most elite teams will compete in Invite events.

Prospect Select Classics will require an approval process for team registration. Classics will have a wide range of talent among the teams from top to bottom, but teams will be scheduled based on their talent level to ensure all games are competitive based on each individual organization’s level.

Prospect Select Opens will not require an approval process for team registration and will be open to all levels of teams.  For Open events to be the most enjoyable experience possible, we will limit the number of teams in Opens to keep traveling to a minimum.  Opens will be geared toward organizations that may not want to travel nationally and want to experience all that Prospect Select tournaments have to offer.

NOTE: Most hotel booking deadlines are 2 weeks prior to the tournament. After this time, team room blocks will no longer be available. Reservations cannot be made using redeemed reward points, brand or chain loyalty discounts, or other promotional rates such as AAA or government discounts. Hotels cannot be contacted directly to make reservations or room blocks.
